1. Shop System We’ve introduced a shop system, allowing players to spend their in-game currency on various game-altering pieces. The shop features a rotating selection of pieces, and the choices you make here can significantly impact your strategy during the match. It’s the heart of the game’s economy and adds a layer of strategic depth to your decisions.

2. Skill System As part of our commitment to adding strategic depth, we’ve implemented a skill system. Skills give each player a unique advantage or ability, turning them into formidable game-changers. more skills are on the horizon, adding a whole new layer of complexity and strategy to the game.

3. UI Improvements Our user interface (UI) is now more informative and visually polished. The updated UI provides players with essential information, including their currency, health, and the shop’s current inventory. It’s a critical tool for making decisions throughout the game.

4. Meet the Jumper Adding to our roster of chess-inspired pieces, we introduce the Jumper. At level one, the Jumper moves like a classic knight, in an “L” shape. At level two, it gains the ability to jump over other pieces and can move two units in any direction. At level three, the Jumper’s range extends to three units.

5. Health System Our game now features a health system. Players have a finite number of health, and reaching zero means defeat. This system creates a sense of urgency, making every decision crucial.

6. Early, Mid, and Late Game Phases To add complexity and diversity to the gameplay, we’ve implemented early, mid, and late game phases. Each phase impacts the damage output of the players. It’s crucial to adapt your strategy as the game progresses.

7. Victory and Defeat Conditions A player reaches defeat when their health runs out. Victory comes to the one who emerges as the last player standing.
